Location Challenge:
Khui Ratta’s mountainous terrain and distance from major supply hubs made material transportation and logistics significantly more difficult than urban projects, along with less consistent power supply.

Our Solution:
We pre-planned material procurement and transport in bulk batches to avoid delays, coordinated a realistic project timeline around terrain and weather conditions, and integrated backup power solutions to keep the branch operational despite an inconsistent grid supply.
