Scope of Work:
Grey structure work and civil finishing, complete electrical wiring and distribution panel installation, false ceiling, wall paint and finishes, custom carpentry including manager’s cabin, teller counters, staff workstations, lockers, and customer seating furniture, plus Shariah-compliant branch branding and signage installation.

Location Challenge:
Ghari Shahu is one of Lahore’s older, densely built commercial areas near the railway station, with narrow access roads and aging building infrastructure — making material transport and structural work more time-intensive than newer commercial zones.

Our Solution:
We used smaller transport vehicles and staged material deliveries to navigate the narrow access roads, and carried out a structural assessment early on to reinforce any weak points in the existing building before beginning interior work — ensuring a safe, stable, and timeline-friendly execution.
