Scope of Work:
Grey structure work and civil finishing, complete electrical wiring and panel installation, false ceiling, wall paint and texture finishes, custom carpentry including manager’s cabin, teller counters, reception desk, staff lockers, and seating furniture, plus branding and signage installation.

Location Challenge:
Abpara is a dense, high-traffic commercial pocket of Lahore, which meant limited space for material storage and restricted working hours to avoid disrupting nearby businesses and foot traffic.

Our Solution:
We scheduled heavy civil and structural work during low-traffic hours, used off-site prefabrication for carpentry items like counters and cabins to reduce on-site congestion, and maintained a tight material delivery schedule to keep the workspace clear and the branch on track for launch.
