Scope of Work:
Interior renovation with false ceiling and marble flooring, full electrical upgrade, HVAC installation, fresh paint and wall finishes, manager’s cabin, teller counters, lockers, and staff seating.

Location Challenge:
DHA Phase 6 is a premium residential and commercial area, so the branch needed a higher-end finish standard consistent with the neighborhood’s upscale character, without disrupting an already-operational branch.

Our Solution:
We phased the renovation to keep the branch partially operational throughout, used premium finishing materials for a polished look, and installed a properly sized HVAC system to ensure year-round comfort for both staff and customers.
